LONG BORDERS HEREFORDSHIRE

Long borders Herefordshire It was a pleasure to create these colourful long borders in Herefordshire with views over the estate and Welsh hills.  The long borders at the rear of the property needed dramatic new planting with an extended flowering season. The season starts with the pinks and purples of Peonies, Allium and Hellebores.  This

Raised beds add interest, provide seating and protect plants from kids on bikes or with footballs. The white render increases light levels and gives great shadows in sunlight or when plants are uplit. Cedar slats provide privacy without complete enclosure and can screen boundaries to avoid negotiating replacements with neighbours. Box topiary softened with perennials
