The shady front garden is a private oasis with a mature Magnolia and hedge.  White rendered walls and pale limestone tiles reflect the light and the new ironwork is particularly decorative.
 
New iron stairs, railings and deck have created an accessible sunny roof terrace with olives, scented plants and climbers trained through the railings. In contrast, the courtyard is calm and simple, with containers reflecting the tones of the travertine tiles.
