Emma was commissioned to prepare the masterplan, specifications and planting for this sustainable new build on an organic estate in Hampshire.

Turf landforms were sculpted at the front of the property to allow it to sit well in the site.

Avoiding traditional borders, informal mixed hedging and shrubs provide screening, all year interest and wildlife habitats.  A naturalistic gravel garden using local flints is the focal point in summer.  Groups of native shrubs and wild roses are to planted as bare root stock set in the turf mix which is rich in clover and high pollen grasses.
