Emma was commissioned to design this Kensington garden as part of the renovation of the house by Jason Cooper Architects.

A long view has been created through the house to the stunning Maple tree at the back of the garden.  The large sawn limestone terrace leads to the gravel garden with mounds of evergreen shrubs, stone spheres and terracotta planters which add interest all year.  The informality of the overhanging Magnolia and Wisteria are complemented by ferns and perennials to create a leafy, calm and private haven.

The gravel has been stabilised so it can be comfortably walked on, even in high heels.
