Emma was commissioned to advise on the design, implementation and maintenance of the landscaping for a contemporary office development of 8,200 square feet over 3 floors in the heart of the vibrant E1 district.
This new build project has a sunny decked palm terrace, light-filled lower terrace with bamboos and a planted entrance. Corten and modernist organic planters, cinnamon toned artificial deck and natural toned furniture were selected to fit with the ‘raw’ feel of the large spaces.
Innovative lighting features include LED kinetic rods and multi-coloured strips creating asymmetric wall art echoing the internal detailing.
Marldon achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating for the project.
